1. Service terms
By booking a service with Royal AC Service Repair, you agree to allow our technician access to the AC unit and a safe working environment. Quotes shared before work begins are based on visible diagnosis; hidden faults discovered during the job may revise the final cost and will be communicated to you for approval.
2. User responsibilities
You must provide accurate contact details, address and a brief description of the issue. Power supply, water access (where needed) and basic safety should be arranged at the service location.
3. Pricing and payments
Pricing for inspection, repair, gas filling, installation and AMC plans is shared transparently before work starts. Payments are due on completion of service via cash, UPI or bank transfer.
4. Warranty
Repair work carries a service warranty of 30 days on the same fault. Spare parts carry the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, voltage fluctuation, unauthorised tampering or natural calamities.
5. Limitation of liability
Royal AC Service Repair is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
6. Cancellation
Service bookings may be cancelled free of charge before the technician is dispatched. Once a technician is at your location, a visit fee may apply even if the service is cancelled.
