1. Refund eligibility
Refunds are issued in cases where the service was paid for in advance and could not be delivered, or where the customer is not satisfied with the work and the issue cannot be resolved through a free re-visit under warranty.
2. Non-refundable items
Inspection / visit charges, spare parts already installed, and consumables such as refrigerant gas are non-refundable once the work is completed.
3. Service cancellation
Bookings cancelled before a technician is dispatched are refunded in full. Cancellations after dispatch may be charged a visit fee equal to our standard inspection charge.
4. AMC refunds
Annual Maintenance Contracts may be cancelled within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, provided no service visit has been availed. After 7 days, a pro-rated refund (less visits used) may be issued at our discretion.
5. Processing timelines
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
